Move Closer to What You Desire

What direction is your life moving in?
🚸 Are the decisions you make and actions you take pointing you toward the life you’ve always dreamed of?
⚠️ Or are they actually making it harder for that life to become a reality?
Every day, you have a choice and every day, you get to choose again. If you’re not sure what choices to make, approach life like an experiment:
- Each morning, you can map out (in your head in the shower or written in a journal) your plan for the day and how you expect it will go.
- Then in the evening, check in with yourself and ask how things went.
- Did you follow your plan? What got in the way?
- Did your actions deliver the feelings you were hoping for?
- Ask yourself how you are feeling and what (if anything) would feel better.
- Then, as you begin the next day, you have a whole new data set to consider as you approach that day.
