How has your first week of 2023 gone?
Are you accomplishing everything you intended? Did you run into any hurdles or roadblocks?
How can you take one small step forward today?
Journal prompts:
- What’s something you can do today that your future self will thank you for?
- If you haven’t already, make a to-do list for today (if it’s the morning) or tomorrow (if it’s nighttime). Cross out anything that doesn’t absolutely need to get done. Then, make a list of three additional things you can do for your mental wellness.
