31 Ways to Embrace Possibility This March
A Month of Growth, Renewal, and Believing In What Is Possible
March is an invitation to step into fresh energy, set goals, and open yourself up to new possibilities. As the world shifts into spring, so can we - letting go of what no longer serves us and stepping into what’s waiting for us.
Join us for 31 days of mindful growth, with daily practices designed to help you grow into your fullest potential.
Week 1: March 2-8
This week we focus on awakening – noticing the light around us and within us
Theme: Find Your Light
Affirmation: I reignite my inner light. I welcome my intuition.
“You are the definition of courage, do you know that?”
~Lady Gaga
- Sunday: Light a Candle and Reflect. The first step in finding your light is choosing to look for it. Light a candle and spend a few moments reflecting on what lights you up. Is it hope? Creativity? A sense of renewal? Write down one word that represents the energy you want to embrace this month. As the candle burns, visualize that energy expanding within you. When you blow it out, imagine sending that energy out into the world.
- Monday: Do a Small Act of Bravery. Stepping into possibility means leaning into courage-even in small ways. Today, challenge yourself to do one thing outside your comfort zone. Some ideas are to speak up in a conversation when you’d usually stay quiet, go somewhere by yourself that you usually are too afraid to, or say yes to something exciting (or no to something that doesn’t serve you).
- Tuesday: Celebrate Fat Tuesday! Historically, this day is the day before lent, so those who participate would consume rich foods in preparation for the fasting season. For you, this could also look like just indulging in a treat or favorite food guilt-free. Celebrate abundance and let yourself enjoy the present moment.
- Wednesday: Reflect on What You’re Ready to Release as we enter spring. Lent begins today and it doesn’t have to be just a religious observance. Even if you don't observe Lent, it can still be an reminder to reset. Today is an opportunity to let go of something that no longer serves you.
- Thursday: Take a Mindful Walk & Look for the Light. Take a walk today and look for sources of light: the way the sunlight moves through trees or reflects off windows; small signs of spring, like buds on trees, birds returning, new flowers blooming; the energy of renewal in the air. Notice the changes happening around you, and reflect on what possibilities are emerging in your life.
- Friday: Write a List of Possibilities. Sometimes we get stuck in what is instead of opening ourselves up to what could be. Take some time today to think about what would be possible for you if fear wasn’t in the way. If you could wake up tomorrow in your ideal life, what would it look like?
- Saturday: Honor International Women’s Day! Celebrate yourself or the women in your life by taking a moment to acknowledge the ways we show up, support, and lead. Learn about an inspiring woman or event in history from this playlist.
Week 2: March 9-15
Theme: Energy Flows
Affirmation: I trust in my abilities and allow creativity to flow through me.
"You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have."
~Maya Angelou
- Sunday: Spring into a New Routine. With Daylight Savings Time starting today, we literally shift time. Let’s take advantage of this change to reset our energy and intentions. Make a small shift that will help you be successful in adjusting to this change - think about how it can even serve or benefit you. How can you adjust your routine to create more flow in your day?
-
Monday: Invite Fresh Energy In. Stagnant energy can make us feel stuck – physically, mentally, and emotionally. Do something to shake it up today, like taking a different route to work, trying a new cafe, or taking a walk in a new location.
- Tuesday: Make A Nourishing Meal. Focus on giving your body what it needs through a balanced meal. Your diet can have a huge impact on your physical energy, and your mental health! Check out our blog post on the gut-brain connection to learn more!
- Wednesday: Identity Your Energy Leaks. Not everything deserves your attention. Today, take note of where your energy is being drained and see if you can shift it. Some common energy leaks are too much screen time, over committing to things that don’t align with your values, and self-doubt/overthinking.
- Thursday: Full Moon Reflection. What Are you Releasing? The Full moon and Lunar Eclipse today make today a perfect time to reflect, release, and realign. This signals transformation and new possibilities. Write down what you’re ready to release (fears, habits, beliefs, or patterns that don’t serve you), then safely burn or tear up the paper as a symbol of letting go.
- Friday: Prioritize Rest & Recharge. It's World Sleep Day! If you have been feeling drained, today is your invitation to reset your sleep habits. Create a wind-down ritual, like putting away screens, and doing something calming (stretching, having a cup of tea, journaling).
- Saturday: Channel Your Energy into Creativity. Instead of using your energy to consume (scroll, binge-watch, overthink), use it to create. Set a timer for at least 10 minutes to let yourself freely write, paint, cook, or play music. Allow yourself to be bad at something new. Creativity thrives when we let go of perfectionism.
Week 3: March 16-22
Theme: Emerging Seeds
Affirmation: I pay attention to where I am growing. I celebrate change.
“I feel a thousand capacities spring up in me… I am rooted, but I flow."
~Virginia Woolf
- Sunday: Reflect on Where You Are Growing. Like seedlings breaking through the soil, growth isn’t always obvious, but it’s happening. You may have not been able to see the growth day-by-day, but take some time to zoom out and acknowledge three ways you’ve grown or intimated growth this year - emotionally, mentally, relationally, physically, or spiritually.
- Monday: Celebrate What You Are ‘Lucky’ to Have (Happy St. Patrick’s Day!). Write down a few gratitudes, a few things–small or big– that you’re thankful for.
- Tuesday: Clear Some Space. Today, focus on clearing out what no longer serves you. Declutter by cleaning out a drawer, your closet, or your phone/digital files.
- Wednesday: Plant a Seed What you plant today will bloom in the future. Whether it’s an idea, habit, or actual plant, today is about starting something new. Plant a seed, and every time you see it grow, remind yourself that change takes time.
- Thursday: Celebrate the First Day of Spring Outside. The Spring Equinox is here! This is a fresh start, a new chapter. Just as nature renews itself, we too can choose to step into possibility. Spend time outside today – even just 5 minutes, soaking in the change in season and spending time mentally working through something that is preventing you from creating beneficial change. Is there something you can begin to forgive yourself for? Baggage you can begin to unpack?
- Friday: Practice Patience with Yourself and with Your Growth. Notice where patience is needed in your life. Reframe frustration: instead of “why isn’t this happening yet?” try “some changes take longer than expected and that’s okay” or “I trust the timing of my own journey.” You could also practice patience by tending to something slow, like a puzzle, begin sourdough starter, or propagating a plant.
- Saturday: Share Something Personal. Growth lives outside of comfort zones, even if that means sharing these we never want to see the light of day. What is one thing you’re afraid to share that’s holding you back? Open up to someone you trust, like your therapist or a loved one. Don't have a therapist? Work with one on my team!
Week 4: March 23 - 29
Theme: Start Fresh
Affirmation: I prioritize filling my own cup, so that my generosity can overflow to others.
"Life is about how much you can grow and how much you can give."
~Oprah Winfrey
23. Sunday: Wear Something Don’t Usually Wear. Embody the energy of the person you are becoming. Have fun either wearing something more colorful than you normally wear or dressing up extra. Dress as the version of you you’re stepping into, in whatever way that looks like for you.
24. Monday: Make a Mocktail Version of Your Favorite Cocktail. Celebrate National Cocktail Day with an option that won't give you a hangover or worsen your anxiety. Try one of the recipes we've shared on Instagram!
25. Tuesday: Reach Out and Reconnect. Is there someone you've been meaning to reconnect with? Send them a text or email to schedule some time together or give them a call!
26. Wednesday: Take Yourself on a Solo Adventure. Take yourself on a date doing something outside of your comfort zone - maybe a new restaurant or workout class you've been wanting to try.
27. Thursday: Listen to Something New. This can be trying a new podcast or music outside your usual genre. Notice how you feel in your body as you do. Embrace newness in this small way and practice being okay with trying things outside of your norm.
28. Friday: Switch up Your Coffee Order. Order something you’ve never tried before at your favorite cafe, or even leave your order up to the barista!
29. Saturday: New Moon & Solar Eclipse Ritual - Set New Intentions. Today marks a powerful cosmic reset – an invitation to step fully into new beginnings. Take a quiet moment to meditate or journal, visualize stepping into the best version of yourself. Then, set fresh intentions. What habits, mindset shifts, or opportunities do you want to cultivate?
Week 5: March 30 - 31
Theme: Be Your Own Hero
Affirmation: I am my own champion. My truth is worthy of being seen.
“We have to do it because we can no longer stay invisible. We have to be visible. We should not be ashamed of who we are.”
~Sylvia Rivera
30. Sunday: Write a Resilience List. List 3 times that you overcame something difficult in the past. Reflect on these moments and notice how your actions display courage.
31. Monday: Honor Your Authenticity Today is Transgender Day of Visibility. Celebrate self-expression and authenticity in whatever way that looks like to you. That could look like wearing something bold, writing a self-affirmation letter, or supporting trans voices and stories.
