- Maybe there have been traumas and ways in which people did not show up for you or even wronged you.
- Or maybe, you are feeling like it’s too late to start over or try something new?

Use today’s affirmation and journal prompts to help you free yourself from the past and move forward into the realm of possibility.

- Describe the specific goals or aspirations you have for your future self.
- How will your life feel after these goals are accomplished?
- Think about or meditate on the concept of resilience.
- Recall a time when you demonstrated resilience in the face of adversity.
- How can you use that resilience to overcome past wounds and reach your future goals?
