While these feelings can be accurate reflections of your reality (and trust me, I’ve felt them too!), the antidote can sometimes be to change your perspective.
We’ll be focusing on the theme of abundance and how to cultivate an abundance mindset for next few posts.
Use today's affirmation and journal prompts to help you feel more like you have enough.

- List three things that you often take for granted, but that contribute positively to your daily life.
- Describe why these things matter and how they’ve contributed to your abundance.
- Think about different areas of your life where abundance is present, such as relationships, health, opportunities, and personal growth.
- How do each of these aspects contribute to your overall sense of abundance?
- How can you nurture them to support even greater growth?
