Do you trust yourself?
I find that so many of the people I work with try to motivate themselves by telling themselves over and over again that they can not be trusted.
It’s a function of anxiety and trauma to always imagine the worst possible outcome so that you feel “prepared”. And for most people this turns into expecting the worst from themselves.
The problem is, this kind of mindset doesn’t actually protect us from anything.
It causes a lot of stress on our bodies and also bombards our self-esteem with negative self talk.
Use today's journal prompts and affirmation to turn things around!
Affirmation:

Journal Prompts:
- What are you doing that is distracting you from moving forward in life?
- How can you let those distractions go?
- Imagine your future self looking back on your life from a place of even greater abundance.
- What achievements, experiences, and relationships do you envision?
- Write a letter from your future self expressing gratitude for the journey that has led you there.
