Hello loves,

Every Valentine’s Day when I was a kid, my mom would make little homemade valentines and write a special note for each of us. She would leave it out first thing in the morning on the breakfast table for us to discover and read. I always saved these sweet notes and would read them when I needed to feel better. Now that she’s gone, I find an old note from her every now and then and it brings me back to a warm moment of my childhood. 

We often forget to tell those we love how much they mean to us and that includes ourselves. What are you needing to hear these days to feel worthy of love? Today’s journal prompts will help you show up and love yourself!

Journal Prompts for the Week:

  1. What is something you wish someone else would tell you? How can you tell yourself that more often?
  2. Write yourself a love letter. Tell yourself everything you’ve been needing to hear. Save it to reread when you need a boost.
